Dear Slim·Fast,

When I began The Slim·Fast plan I must admit, I was a bit skeptical. I studied The Slim·Fast plan on the back of a Slim·Fast meal bar box and I thought to myself, "This looks like an awful lot of food to be able to eat and still lose weight." Since I had nothing to lose (except the excess weight) and everything to gain, I started The Slim·Fast Plan and joined a local health club as well.

Over the next few weeks I followed The Slim·Fast plan and went to the gym three nights a week. I noticed that my clothes were starting to fit a little looser and I was able to remove my wedding ring to clean it for the first time in about 16 months. I was so excited!

Since I was still convinced that I was following The Slim·Fast plan exactly; a Meal Bar for breakfast, a meal bar with a banana at lunch as well as the three snacks and a sensible dinner-it just seemed too good to be true. Most diets tell you to take a "miracle diet drug" designed to suppress your appetite and basically starve yourself. The Slim·Fast plan just seemed so easy and the Slim·Fast meal and snack bars as well as the recommended snacks I was eating were delicious and satisfying! Now here I am at 125 pounds and happier than I have been in over 10 years!
